Really cool eh? My dad and I saw a fireball enter just above Woodstock, On several...OK many...years ago. Not nearly as big and bright as that one, but wow. You definitely wouldn't need to be where one landed....
Debating whether to tease you about whether the asteroid you saw was the one that killed the dinosaurs ... ;->
Oh. ouch. No it was the one just before that.
