In a weak moment yesterday, I bought a new container of President’s Choice Chocolate Fudge Crackle Vanilla ice cream. I've blogged about this stuff before here.
This morning I actually debated whether this ice cream would be suitable for breakfast.
This stuff is more addictive than crystal meth!

Curious. How long will it take you to consume the tub? In my pre 'through the roof' cholesterol days, I used to, about once a month, polish off a pint of Hagen Daz "Vanilla Swiss Almond" in one sitting! A measley 1/2 cup serving:
Total Fat 20g 31%
Saturated Fat 11g 55%
Trans Fat 0.5g
Cholesterol 105mg 35%
Sodium 75mg 3%
Total Carbohydrate 24g 8%
Dietary Fiber <1g 3%

Well those days are gone and the result? Brad Pitt like physique? Well, not exactly, but I am about the same wieght as when I was 25. Not too bad....haha..

*I'm* curious about the fact that you so far have only commented on my posts about FOOD! LOL
The ice cream will last a fair number of weeks. I'll only have a scoop or so at a time. I've gone the last two days without eating any of it! (Of course, I did have a Godiva dark chocolate truffle yesterday, but they say dark chocolate is really good for you! lol)
I'm actually holding my own weight-wise ... I seem to be slimming down despite my indulgences!
