Wow, and again, in Dublin Ohio tonight, a great speech. You and I share very similar political views. I do fear he is on the precipice of losing ala Gore/kerry...as the americans react far more to hyperbale and a remedial narrative than facts...and now Sarah (however implausable)seems to tip the scale just so ever that much...jamie
Hi Jamie! Thanks for your comment! :) It's good to know there are others out there with similar views ... :)
I haven't see the Dublin speech but I'll be sure to Youtube it.
As for the Dems' chances in November, I'm worried too. The initial polling seems to suggest that Palin's effect on voters is a wash (she repels roughly as many voters as she energizes), but we'll have to see whether that changes over time. The woman is telegenic, if nothing else.
And since I'm not American, I think the most that I can do is just pray. I shudder to think what might happen to this world and its inhabitants if McCain/Palin win. More positively, I am thrilled and excited by the possibility of an Obama/Biden victory - what an amazing turnaround that will be!!!! :)
