Ever encounter this poem in school? 

"The written word
Should be clean as bone,
Clear as light,
Firm as stone.
Two words are not
As good as one."

I had this poem in high school. The thing is, I'm sure when I took it, it had an author, and now I can't find it ANYWHERE. In fact, I found this post by searching the poem on Google, because I'd like to use it with my students!
