Don't tell the Ontario Chicken Board this, but
this oh-so-easy and -yummy chicken noodle soup recipe
works great with leftover turkey! I really recommend using FRESH rosemary rather than dried, though. And don't forget the parsley (fresh or dried, doesn't matter). A little squeeze of lemon juice adds some snap to the bowl.

Catelli's come out with whole wheat egg noodles that are yummy, so you can be brave about making that substitution as well.

Feel free to add in an extra leek (such a wonderful flavour!), or add some mung sprouts and/or ripped fresh baby spinach to your bowl when the soup's steaming hot. VEGETABLES ARE GOOD.
